In this video (17 May 2012), Paramahamsa Nithyananda expands on the 4th Chapter, 28th Verse of the Bhagavad Gita. Our actions that we do throughout the day do not matter in spirituality, but the space that we are in when we are idle, when our mind is by itself, that matters. Where you drive your car doesn't matter, but where it is parked matters. Paramahamsa Nithyananda urges us to park our inner space in these three spaces - Ajapa Japa (continuous chanting of the mantra given to us by the Guru), Unclutching (practicing the technique to be un-clutched from thoughts), & being established in feeling connection with the Divine. These three are the essence of His teachings.
