In this video (21 April 2018), Paramahamsa Nithyananda explains why working on the mind using spiritual techniques is a waste of time - the mind does not exist. Hinduism is a tradition which works only on Consciousness and on the physical body. The essence of the whole of Hinduism is 60-70 powerful cognitions which act like softwares acting on our physical body - the hardware. These softwares increase our consciousness and remove all the harmful patterns and softwares within us.
