In this video (14 May 2015), Paramahamsa Nithyananda introduces the Shivoham process in which disciples sit around the Guru in the shape of sacred geometric shapes called Mandalas. Paramahamsa Nithyananda produces certain sounds and visualizations which purify the messed up sounds and lines recorded in our muscle and bio memory in the form of patterns and incompletions.
