30 Days to Enlightenment

Detailing the step-by-step process from each pada, part of this mantra, He, who has lived Death – reveals how every night before sleeping, one can merge his breath into the cosmic breath (prana), and then consciously vizualize that 'śariram' which does not mean 'the body or deha" but means "'the experiences of, by, from, it the body," such as seeing, remembering one's place, the city, the planet, the moon, everything is burning into fire - bhasmāntam śariram, and returning to its Source, Mother Nature; and remembering the Ultimate Consciousness, which is immediate in the physical plane, such as one's Guru and reminding Him and your self, what all one did in life to achieve Oneness, Advaita with It.
